Mailing Type Membership Announcements Events Membership Send to members in good standing only. This should be used for ballots, notices about special member only deals and other things that are reserved for full fledged members only. Announcements Send to members, and others who we have offered a subscription to. This is used for members of our club, plus members of nearby clubs, plus people who have bought telescopes, and been granted subscriptions for other reasons. Events Send to everyone on our mailing list. This sends to everyone who has not indicated that they do not want anything sent to them. This should probably be used sparingly.
